Through our application process, we seek team players who will work with us to carry on that tradition. Because we gather certain types of personal information about those who apply for a position, we want to help you understand how Pacific Building handles information that you submit to us.

The Personal Information We Collect About You
The only information that Pacific Building collects about you through the application process is the information that you submit to Pacific Building through filling out and faxing our application to our Main Office (fax 209 833-7009). Pacific Building will collect other information about you "off-line", for example, through an interview or reference checks.

How We Use Your Personal Information
Pacific Building, Inc. will use the information that you submit, as well as the information that it collects about you off-line, to decide whether to offer you a position. If you are hired, Pacific Building will use the information as necessary to administer the employment relationship. Pacific Building will retain the information you submit in your on-line application consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Sharing Your Personal Information With Third Parties
Pacific Building will not sell any information that you submit with your on-line application to brokers, marketing firms or to any other third party.

We may extend an offer of employment to you subject to the completion of a background check. In those circumstances, we will share the personal information that you have submitted on-line with a third party who conducts background checks on Pacific Building's behalf. Pacific Building will authorize the background check provider to use your information only in connection with the job application process. Pacific Building will authorize the background check provider to disclose to third parties only the minimum information necessary to complete the background check and only for that purpose.

There may be other circumstances when Pacific Building will disclose to third parties the information that you submit, most notably:

• If we sell some or all of our business, we may disclose all of the information that we have collected about you to a purchaser or, in due diligence, to a potential purchaser; or
  
  
• If we are required by law, such as when we respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or a discovery request, or
  
  
• If we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company or others.
